IPA is and has always been proactive in its major community endeavors, and its main activities continue to promote the importance of education, economic development, networking, youth achievement, community involvement and youth empowerment. IPA strongly believes that its charitable purpose for existence continues to be served by directing its resources to these ongoing and needed areas of concern.
The Indianapolis Professional Association is a charitable 501 (c) (3) organization founded in October 1984 by six local attorneys and one judge to promote and develop the goals of education, economic development, and professional networking in the African-American community.
